Synopsis

"Scoundrels and Scandals," art by Matt Baker; Sandra's father sends her to a stamp auction to bid on the famed Piedmont Collection of rare Haitian stamps; Although she loses the bidding, the winner has his pocket picked of his cash and Sandra wins by default; When her purse is picked on the way home, Phantom Lady decides to investigate. "The Haunted Hepcats" text story by Roy Thomas. "Condemned Venus!", art by Matt Baker; Sandra picks up an old friend of hers along a street during a rainstorm, noticing that she is acting strangely; Just then, the police show up and arrest Kitty for murder; The Phantom Lady knows that Kitty is innocent and begins an investigation to discover just who is framing her for the crime. "A Shroud for the Bride!", art by Matt Baker; Popular Porky Mead, a real ladies' man, has several women in suspense as to who he will take to the masquerade party; In desperation, however, Porky decides to take a diner waitress named Rosie, who ends up murdered; Phantom Lady must find the killer of Porky Mead's date.
